The third Winter School, with Peter Walsh

The third Winter School ran from 10 to 14 February 2020, led by Peter Walsh. Walsh worked with Scott Walker from 1984 until Walker death in 2019, and has also recorded with Simple Minds, Heaven 17, Pulp, and The Alarm.

Daniel Blumberg was in the room for the first three days, working on a film score that could not be named at the time. Walsh brought in the guitarist Chris Spedding and the bassist Tom Wheatley. The last two days were given over to songs with the vocalist Sarah Brown.

Observers and student interns worked the sessions across the whole week.
